Shipping policy

Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be processed and dispatched. 

Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed. 

Domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Our website automatically quotes international shipping based on location and weight. All customs, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note, Arthur Raymond does not ship on weekends or public holidays.

In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at the postal services discretion. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
