Refund policy

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Arthur Raymond purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason, we will happily refund your purchase.

Arthur Raymond currently allows returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached in original packaging. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

If Arthur Raymond determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the items will be returned to you. 

Items purchased during sale or discount cannot be refunded unless otherwise noted on the product page.
